Mary Catherine Baldridge is a native of Roanoke who has been involved professionally and as a volunteer in service to the mental health field. She majored in psychology and education at Salem College in Winston-Salem. At various times during her career, she has worked at Blue Ridge Behavioral Health, Lutheran Family Services (Minnick Education Center), and Roanoke City Public Schools. Her passion is to help people succeed regardless of their challenges and struggles. She is the mother of three grown children and works with her husband at Dominion Risk Advisors in Roanoke. She currently serves on the board of the Community Youth Program (CYP) and has been involved in countless community and church groups throughout her life.
