Lakeisha is a Roanoke native and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. She has held a variety of direct clinical and leadership positions. Lakeisha holds an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP). She is also an approved LPC and CSAC supervisor through the Virginia Board of Counseling.

In 2021, she opened Tandem Behavioral Health to further support her passion for mental health and addiction recovery treatment services. Lakeisha eagerly accepted a position on the Tudor House Board of Directors because she has a passion for and has made a lifelong commitment to supporting those who live with mental illness.

Lakeisha is married with two daughters, one currently a high school senior and the other a junior in college. She has two teacup dogs, Oscar and Bryson. In her free time, she enjoys taking trips with her husband, reading devotionals in her veranda, or sitting on a white sand beach listening to the ocean.
